Founder-led engagements

Payments, product and architecture depth where the organisation needs it.

AURA supports selected founder-led engagements where an institution needs product judgement, architecture authority, development-grade specifications or implementation assurance without creating unnecessary permanent dependency.

These professional engagements remain distinct from AURA product licensing and platform deployment. The first discussion establishes which model — or combination — fits the requirement.

Engagement paths

Three starting points.

The engagement structure follows the actual problem and responsibility rather than forcing every requirement into a generic consulting package.

01

Fractional Technology, Product & Payments Leadership

Selective non-exclusive leadership for organisations that need product, architecture or payments authority without creating a permanent executive dependency.

  • Technology and product strategy
  • Architecture / design authority
  • Payment-platform leadership
  • Vendor and implementation assurance
  • Testing, certification and production readiness
  • Senior stakeholder and decision support
02

Payment Architecture, Specifications & Assurance

Bounded technical and product engagements that translate payment objectives into implementable architecture, specifications and delivery evidence.

  • BRS / FSD development
  • Transaction, exception and state design
  • API / interface and participant requirements
  • Integration architecture
  • Settlement and reconciliation design
  • Test / certification and implementation assurance
03

AURA Enterprise Platform & Integration

Institution and payment-company opportunities where existing AURA capability can be configured, integrated or piloted around an established payment environment.

  • PA / acquirer merchant enablement
  • Bank SME commerce enablement
  • Merchant-service enterprise deployment
  • Institution / payment integration
  • Bounded enterprise pilots
  • Evidence-led platform expansion

Working model

Bounded responsibility. Clear judgement. Defined outcomes.

Each engagement defines the required responsibility, decision boundary, working cadence and intended outcome before delivery expands.

Defined scope

The problem, responsibility, decision boundary and intended result are defined before the engagement expands.

Non-exclusive

Founder-led work is normally non-exclusive and bounded to the agreed workstream, authority and outcomes.

Remote-first

Engagements are structured for efficient remote delivery, with bounded onsite workshops or key sessions where the requirement genuinely benefits from them.

Evidence-led

Architecture, specifications, testing and implementation decisions are connected to verifiable operating evidence rather than presentation-only advice.

Engagement boundary

Product deployment and professional advisory remain distinct.

A professional engagement does not require an AURA product deployment. Equally, an AURA enterprise deployment may include architecture and implementation work where that work is needed to configure or integrate the platform.

Next step

Start with the problem and the outcome.

A short first discussion is enough to establish whether the need is best handled as fractional leadership, a bounded architecture/assurance engagement, an AURA deployment or a combination.
